Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Superflow Performance tuning services. By proceeding with any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Superflow Performance for any tuning, remapping, or related service — whether in person, via phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Superflow Performance.
2 Services Provided
Superflow Performance provides the following services:
- ECU remapping and software tuning (Stage 1, Stage 2, custom)
- Economy and efficiency tuning
- DPF, EGR, and emissions-related software modifications
- Performance diagnostics and consultation
All performance figures provided via our lookup tool or in quotes are estimates based on typical results and may vary depending on the individual vehicle's condition, mileage, maintenance history, and hardware.
3 Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability
Important: ECU tuning modifies the factory settings of your vehicle's engine management system. Superflow Performance cannot be held liable for any mechanical failures, engine damage, or consequential losses arising from our tuning services.
Superflow Performance will not be held liable for:
- Pre-existing mechanical or electrical faults not disclosed prior to tuning
- Damage caused by the customer's failure to properly maintain the vehicle
- Any failure of hardware components (turbo, injectors, clutch, gearbox, etc.) following a tune
- Loss of use, loss of income, or any indirect or consequential losses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the vehicle is in good mechanical condition prior to any tuning work being carried out.
4 Vehicle Warranty
ECU remapping may void your vehicle's manufacturer warranty. Superflow Performance accepts no responsibility for any warranty claims rejected by a manufacturer or dealer as a result of our services.
We recommend that customers check their vehicle warranty terms before proceeding with any tuning service.
5 Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Disclose any known mechanical, electrical, or other faults before tuning
- Ensure the vehicle has been serviced recently and is in roadworthy condition
- Use the correct specified fuel grade as required by the tune
- Not resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any tune file created by Superflow Performance
- Inform Superflow Performance if further hardware modifications are made to the vehicle after tuning
6 Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of service. We accept EFT and cash. No tuning work will commence until payment is confirmed.
Refunds: Due to the nature of software services, we do not offer refunds once a tune has been written and applied to a vehicle. In the event of a technical fault directly attributable to our work, we will re-flash or reverse the tune at no charge.
Customers who have had the tune reversed or are not satisfied should contact us within 7 days of the service date.
7 Legal & Roadworthiness
Some modifications (particularly DPF/EGR deletions) may affect the legal roadworthiness of a vehicle on public roads in South Africa. These services are offered for off-road, track, and agricultural use only.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle complies with all applicable South African road traffic legislation. Superflow Performance accepts no liability for fines, vehicle impoundment, or legal consequences arising from the use of modified vehicles on public roads.
8 Data & Privacy
Any personal information collected (name, contact details, vehicle information) is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
We may use anonymised vehicle performance data for the purpose of improving our lookup database and tuning files.
9 Intellectual Property
All tune files, maps, and calibration data created by Superflow Performance remain the intellectual property of Superflow Performance. The customer is granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the tune on the specific vehicle for which it was written.
Reverse engineering, redistribution, or resale of any tune file is strictly prohibited.
10 Changes to Terms
Superflow Performance reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
