1. Pre-Tuning Mechanical & Diagnostic Requirements
Dealers are responsible for performing a thorough pre-tuning mechanical health check and diagnostic trouble code (DTC) scan prior to reading and uploading files. Vehicles must be mechanically sound (spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel injectors, sensors, turbochargers, and hardware components). Superflow Performance calibrations are engineered based on healthy OEM or upgraded hardware baselines.
2. File Usage & Legal Liability Disclaimer
Files provided by Superflow Performance are intended for professional installation by experienced automotive technicians. Certain software modifications (such as DPF, EGR, OPF, CAT, or SCR software solutions) are designed exclusively for off-road, motorsport, track, or regulatory-compliant usage. The dealer assumes full responsibility for vehicle compliance with local emissions and road safety regulations.
3. 24/7 Availability & 45 Min – 1 Hour Turnaround
Our file portal operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Standard file processing turnaround time is 45 minutes to 1 hour upon successful submission. Software revisions based on verified diagnostic data logs submitted within 14 days of file purchase are provided at no extra charge.

Dealer accounts and portal credentials are non-transferable. Dealers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. All submitted vehicle data and calibrations are handled with strict privacy protocols.
